Kevin Howard has served as Chief Executive Officer of the JT THORPE Group (formerly Terra Millennium Corporation — TMC) since July 2025. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer of TMC (2022-2025) and Chief Executive Officer of JT Thorpe & Son, Inc., the Group’s largest subsidiary. Kevin brings over 20 years of experience in the industrial sector, with a focus on providing the highest value solutions to customers through world-class Safety, Quality, and Scheduling. Kevin has extensive experience across a wide variety of end markets, including refining, petrochemical, chemical, power generation, steel, cement, lime, oil and gas, metals, and light industrial. Kevin began his JT THORPE career as a Project Manager in 2003.
Kevin is a professionally licensed Mechanical Engineer, receiving his B.Eng. in Mechanical and Electronic Engineering from Dublin City University, and his M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
Mark Hauber
Mark Hauber has served as Chief Financial Officer of the JT THORPE Group (formerly Terra Millennium Corporation — TMC) since 2017. Mark leads the Group’s finance and accounting, payroll, and IT functions. He has built a strong centralized finance and accounting team and significantly streamlined the back-office functions under his responsibility. Mark strives for optimization and standardization of processes, with a focus on maximizing benefits for the JT THORPE Group, its subsidiaries, and its customers.
Mark received his B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University in 1999. Prior to joining the JT THORPE Group, Mark was Vice President of Finance for Boart Longyear and served as Interim Chief Financial Officer in 2016. Mark additionally has prior experience in financial consulting and M&A advisory.
Clifton Mosteller
Clifton Mosteller has served as Chief Legal Officer of the JT THORPE Group (formerly Terra Millennium Corporation — TMC) since 2023. Clifton oversees the legal and risk shared services division of the JT THORPE Group and all its subsidiaries. As a member of the Group’s Executive Team, Clifton provides advice and strategies on the overall operational vision and execution formation of the Group, whether through the vetting of mergers and acquisitions or organic growth initiatives.
Prior to his current role, Clifton served as General Counsel of TMC, and before that, Vice President and General Manager/General Counsel for two of the Group’s subsidiaries, K&G Industrial Services, and J.T. Thorpe Industrial. He began his JT THORPE Group career with K&G in 2016.
Clifton received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama and his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Mississippi. Before joining the JT THORPE Group, Clifton worked in private equity after leaving his role as a corporate attorney in the Birmingham, AL, office of Burr & Forman LLP.
Robert Kosto
Rob Kosto serves as Vice President of Health, Safety & Environmental for JT THORPE Group. Throughout his 35-year career in the construction industry, Rob has led several organizations as Director of HSE. His efforts have resulted in improved safety cultures, reduced risk exposure, and lower TRIRs.
With a background in industrial and commercial construction, Rob brings a blend of formal training and practical field experience to his current role. In addition to his credentials as an OSHA-authorized trainer, Rob is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), a Certified Instructional Trainer (CIT), and a Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST). Rob continues to advance industry best practices by driving innovation and strengthening HSE performance across all levels of the organization.
Kirby Sternfels
Kirby Sternfels serves as Executive Vice President of JT THORPE Group, where he brings decades of leadership, operational insight, and entrepreneurial drive to the company’s continued national growth. Kirby originally founded K&G Industrial Services and successfully led the company until its acquisition by JT THORPE Group (formerly Terra Millennium Corporation) in 2016. Following the acquisition, he continued to serve as President and CEO of K&G, playing a critical role in expanding its reputation as a trusted provider of industrial services.
Throughout his career, Kirby has demonstrated a deep understanding of field execution, client service, and business operations—building K&G from the ground up into a respected name in the industrial services sector. His leadership has been instrumental in shaping the integrated, multi-brand strategy that defines JT THORPE Group today.
A proud graduate of Texas A&M University, Kirby remains grounded in the values of hard work, integrity, and hands-on leadership. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, time with his six grandchildren, and spending time outdoors with his family and friends.
Robert Prinz
Robert Prinz has served as Chief Commercial Officer of the JT THORPE Group since July 2025, where he leads the company’s go-to-market execution, strategic growth initiatives, and commercial performance across all business units. He brings a proven track record of building high-performing teams, implementing disciplined processes, and delivering sustained growth in highly complex and competitive markets.
Prior to his current role, Robert was the Co-Founder and CEO of Liberty Industrial Group, a grassroots startup launched in 2014 that has since grown into JT Thorpe Industrial, one of the Group’s core operating companies. His entrepreneurial foundation, customer-first approach, process-driven mindset, and deep operational expertise have helped transform the organization into a nationally recognized leader in industrial soft craft services.
Passionate about building scalable systems, developing talent, and leading by example, Rob is committed to developing the next generation of leaders within the organization. Outside of work, he enjoys camping and attending live music events with his family and friends.
Brandi Kruse
Brandi Kruse has served as Vice President of Human Resources for JT THORPE Group since September 2025. She previously served as Director of Human Resources (2022–2025), overseeing HR and Manpower operations across multiple business units throughout the United States. With more than 20 years of experience in human resources, Brandi has specialized expertise in employee and labor relations, workforce planning, process improvement, compliance, and talent acquisition. She has led key initiatives, including the implementation of a companywide HRIS program that strengthened compliance and standardized onboarding, as well as enhancing manpower systems and processes to ensure alignment of the right craft with the right job at the right time.
Brandi holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Chris Rich
Chris Rich has served as Chief Operating Officer of the JT THORPE Group (formerly Terra Millennium Corporation) since July 2025. He brings over 16 years of experience in industrial construction, having started his JT THORPE career in 2012 as a Project Engineer in the company’s Large Projects Group.
Over the years, Chris has held several key leadership positions, including Operations Manager, Regional Manager, Director, Vice President, and President of JT Thorpe & Son, Inc., the Group’s largest subsidiary. In each role, he built and led high-performing teams focused on delivering high-value solutions with world-class safety and quality standards. His project experience spans complex industrial outages, turnarounds, and capital projects ranging in scale from $1,000 to over $100 million.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. He is known for bringing operational excellence, a process-driven mindset, and a lead-by-example approach to every role he takes on.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time at the shore with family and friends — especially his four nieces — and is an avid supporter of his hometown Philadelphia sports teams.
Rich Giaramita
Rich Giaramita serves as President of the JT THORPE Group (formerly Terra Millennium Corporation – TMC), a role he assumed in September 2025. Prior to this, he held key leadership positions, including Chief Executive Officer (2022–2025) and President/COO of JT Thorpe & Son, Inc.
With nearly 30 years of experience at the company, Rich began his career as an intern in 1996 in Richmond, CA, steadily advancing through the operations side of the business. He is a professionally licensed mechanical engineer and a graduate of the University of California, Davis.
Rich brings deep expertise across all sectors of the industrial marketplace and is passionate about driving a strong safety culture and delivering best-in-class, value-added services to customers. His lifelong enthusiasm for building and construction is evident in his hands-on leadership style — you’ll often find him on job sites conducting safety audits and engaging directly with customers and team members.
Bryan Young
Bryan Young has served as Executive Chairman of Terra Millennium Corporation (TMC) since July 2025. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer (2021-2025) and Chief Operating Officer of TMC, and as President of JT THORPE. Bryan brings 30 years of experience in the industrial sector and a strong focus on safety, customer service, and providing the best overall cost-effective service to all TMC customers. Bryan has extensive industrial experience in steel, mining, refining, and power. He began his TMC career as a JT THORPE Project Manager in 1999.
Bryan obtained his B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering and Materials from the Colorado School of Mines in 1991. Prior to TMC, Bryan was the General Manager for Geneva Steel.
